Conventions Volume

–         Preface –

The ‘Key’ tab at the upper right hand corner of the FRONT PAGE and other Volumes describe how BOE PG’s (BO^e’s) Info-System Journal is designed from an organizational linking framework and assists in navigating BO^e’s Journal.  Clicking on each ‘Volume Link’ opens a window that presents a different Volume based on the areas of interest presented in the Journal and contained in the Volume. The Conventions Volume includes:

CONVENTIONS – The Conventions Volume is a guidance document which BO^e makes available to its clients and potential clients as a value added service.  The Conventions Volume contains proprietary information and is presented upon request and is password protected for on-line use.  An un-protected CD-Rom is containing topics of specific interest is provided to clients as instruments of service.  The entire Conventions Volume is included with appropriate Functional Assistant (e.g., individuals in functions that prepare, proof-read, edit, and/or approve correspondence, reports, and other word-processed documents) options in the BOSS both in hardcopy desktop resource and for digital licensed via CD-rom. The following presents the Chapters and sections within the Conventions Volume which are generally broken down by functions with an organization.  These Chapters are consistent with the ‘Options’ available with the BOSS services provided by BO^e.   The Chapters include:

NOTE:  BO^e’s Home Page of the BOSS Volume is accessed by clicking the Home tab on this and all windows accessed while using the BOSS Volume.  The Front Page of BO^e’s Info-System Journal can be accessed by clicking on the FRONT PAGE option in the VOLUME LINKS list located under the Prelude section located at the upper right hand corner of each window.  The Home page of other Volumes can be accessed by clicking on the Volume Links listed under the Volume Links.
